TERMS AND CONDITIONS

You will receive an email with information on how to track your order upon order dispatch. A signature may be required upon receipt of your order (if you are not in a card will be left explaining how you can rearrange delivery).

Unfortunately we are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses.

Order cancellations & amendments

We are unable to add items to or remove items from an order once it has been placed.

Returns & refunds

If you no longer want the items you have received then please contact us within 14 day of receipt to receive a full refund. You will receive an email once your refund has been processed, usually within 5 working days of receiving your returned parcel.   We are unable to arrange for unwanted items to be collected or refund any return carriage costs.

Damaged or incorrect items

Please contact us within 14 working days if you have received damaged or incorrect items in your order and we will do our best to resolve the situation as soon as possible. It is sometimes necessary to ask customers to provide a photograph of the damaged items to allow us to follow up with our couriers regarding your order. We may also require you to return your order.

International deliveries

We aim to deliver all overseas orders within 14 working days.

Some overseas orders over a certain amount may incur local Import Duty and taxes. You may therefore be asked to pay these charges on delivery of your order. Belinda Jane China cannot be held responsible for these charges.
